king room diverse options helpful staff
The room was a beautiful king room. It was clean. breakfast had diverse options. I liked the fresh orange juice. the staff helped me arrange taxis easily, and someone was always available for advice.
the shower sometimes had temperature fluctuations , which was slightly inconvenient.

the room was very clean. the beds were quite comfortable. each day, we received a different variety of food for breakfast.
Of course, we did not do that! facilities were not ready. The pools were ice-cold.

wonderful stay at this GEM
helpful staff hammam experience delicious breakfast
the staff let me use one of the rooms for a few nights before i moved back to my original room i booked. taxi services were arranged without a problem. they even organised a lovely hammam experience within the riad. breakfast was served each morning on the rooftop. the eggs changed every day.
the soundproof in my room was not good. i stayed near the kitchen. i woke up every day because of the kitchen noises. i wanted to rest after being in the busy city.

the location is great. it is central to attractions, shops, and restaurants. the hotel is secluded away from the city noise. the bahia palace is very close to the hotel.
